Ernie Boch, Jr. is a renowned business leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist in the New England area. Boch serves as President and CEO Subaru of New England, the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles and parts to the 65 Subaru Retailers throughout the 6 states of New England. From its humble beginnings in 1971, SNE and its Retailer network has continued to grow and succeed for over 50 years. Boch is also President and owner of Ferrari of New England and Boch Maserati.

In 2006, Boch established Music Drives Us, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that funds musical opportunities for the underserved throughout New England. Boch’s lifelong love of music, combined with his passionate dedication to Music Drives Us, sets the stage for success by providing donations, grants, and musical education opportunities to local individuals, organizations, and schools. Boch invested in the future of Boston’s culture and performing arts in 2016 with the Boch Center, a non-profit organization housing the city’s landmark Wang and Shubert Theatres, and sits on the organization’s Board of Directors. In 2021, Boch opened the Boch Medical Center in the rural village of Wajinja, Uganda to expand access to quality healthcare to those in need in the surrounding areas.
